I can’t believe this P90X3 challenge is almost over. Day 88 is the last day of doing X3 yoga in this program. Only one more workout remains since day 90 is a rest day. Before starting the P90X3 challenge, if you would have told me that yoga would be one of my favorite P90X3 workouts I wouldn’t have believed that for one second.
Day 88 X3 Yoga
Today’s yoga routine was bitter-sweet. It was the last time I get do it under this 90 day challenge. But I can pretty much guarantee that I will continue to use it in the near future. I like that it’s fast paced and not overly too difficult. For me it’s over before I know it and that could be mostly because I enjoy it. Today I focused on keeping good form along with trying to add a little more range of motion in the holds. I feel better every time I do this workout. I’m also well improved over the first time I did this workout. I no longer fall all over the place trying to hold the moves. It’s nice to see great progress in my last yoga day.
Day 88 X3 Yoga Nutrition
Another day of fairly solid nutrition for me. I finished day 88 a little above my calorie goal of 2,000 but not by much. I finished the day with 2035 calories and a macro of 43-35-22. ONE MORE WORKOUT!!!
