Every week X3 Yoga seems to come up at the best time possible. And on day 38 of the P90X3 Challenge was no different. I’m still feeling sick and can’t seem to get rid of it so I have been continuing on as scheduled. Which has made the workouts that much more difficult to do. I’m hopeful to feel better soon because this is going to be very hard to continue at this rate.
Day 38 X3 Yoga
Once again X3 Yoga was a welcomed workout. I’m still under the weather and to be honest didn’t want to even push play today. I did anyways because I am well determined not to miss a day or quit. I’m glad I got this workout in, I actually felt better once I was done but I am still weak. I like that yoga is right smack in the middle of the week. It may have saved me from missing a workout today. Tomorrow we hit the lower body and I don;t know how I am going to fair with that the way I feel right now.
Day 38 X3 Yoga Nutrition
Breakfast – egg whites, topped with goat cheese, whole grain toast (8 oz. green tea)
Post Workout – Chocolate Shakeology, add whey protein
Lunch – turkey sandwich, strawberries
Snack – Quest Protein Bar, .5 oz almonds
Dinner – turkey meatballs on zucchini noodles
Snack – Shakeology Neapolitan, .5 oz almonds
