What’s Up Team Fit Force!!
How did you do last week? Did you get in your workouts? How was your nutrition?
I had an awesome week of workouts this week. Went all in this week and pushed myself harder than I have since finishing the Insanity Workout. I continued the RevAbs workout but added running to my routine. RevAbs isn’t that intense of program in phase 1 (fitness foundation). Don’t get me wrong it’s still a great workout to sweat to, so I decided to add a short run 3 days per week to start to build up my cardio and stamina. I haven’t been able to run due to a foot injury for some time now but after this week of running it seems to have healed. My nutrition was on point this week as well. Nutrition is SO important team, it’s where the results come from, don’t skimp on the nutrition.
I had a fairly heavy week of workouts hitting about 9 workouts over the course of the week. By the time Friday got here I was about spent. I had scheduled to do a Beachbody workout followed by another short run but I had to listen to my body and back off a bit. So I only did the short run on Friday so I could recover over the weekend.
How many workouts did you get in this week. Do you prepare and plan out your workouts in advance?

New This Week~
If you’re like me this is a hard time of year to be thinking about eating healthy and losing weight. With all the Halloween candy, Thanksgiving traditions and Christmas seemingly right around the corner it make it even harder. With that said I will be start an all new Challenge group. It’s Called the 5 Day Clean Eating Challenge. I’m still working on details but once it’s live you’ll find a link right here.
