What’s Up Team Fit Force!!
How did you do last week? Did you get in your workouts? How was your nutrition?
I have to start this update with an apology. I haven’t posted an update for the past 2 weeks. Personally I’m really struggling with my workouts. One day will be a great day and the next I’m just not in it at all. With the purchase of a brand new vehicle and a looming vacation it made it even harder to push play these last few weeks. Not to mention keeping my nutrition on track. Monday of this week I decided I wanted to jump into Focus T25, I felt like I needed a change of workouts as the other were just getting old. Well my DVD was no good for day 1 of Focus T25 and so I opted to do Insanity Core Cardio and Balance. After only a few minutes into it I stopped. I just wasn’t in the mood for it. I’ve never struggled this hard with working out since joining Team Beachbody back in 2007. After more contemplating I grabbed my LesMills Pump DVD and pushed play. Even during this workout I wasn’t “in it” but I got it done. No one ever regretted a workout after the fact and this was true for me Monday. I pushed play and got it done. Hoping the rest of the week goes better for me.
Are you struggling to get your workouts or nutrition right? Do you run into the same scenarios I am? Please leave me a comment below on ways you overcome your adversities.
Week of 9/16/13 – 9/22/13
MONDAY – Strength Training workout: Les Mills Pump: Pump & Burn
Had a great workout today. Always a big calorie burn on leg day. Go intense or go home!
THURSDAY – LMP Pump And Burn
I wanted to also mention a few new things to look forward to in the very near future from Team Beachbody.
First is P90X3 is coming very soon. How about December 10th! What’s different about X3? It’s only 30 minutes per day! One of my biggest obstacles with P90X and P90X2 was having the time to push play for more than an hour 6 days per week. Well Tony Horton has heard us and has shortened the workouts to an intense 30 minutes.
In all it’s going to be a 90 day program with 3 phases as we are used to. There are 21 workouts! How about that variety! The type of workouts will include: lifting, core, cardio, plyo and some MMX. And it’s not a graduate program, meaning you are not expected to have completed either P90X or P90X2 to get into this one. It’s for those of use that want that P90X experience with less time invested.
Learn More About P90X3 How long does it take for prednisone to work.
Something else coming through hopefully this week is Shakeology Sampler Packs. It will include 4 of the Shakeology flavors for a low-cost of $19.95. This will be extremely helpful for those who don’t want to pay full price until they have the opportunity to give Shakeology a taste. And to be able to taste more than one flavor at a time will prove extremely helpful. I’ll have the Sampler Packs here, once they are released.
There is more to tell, but I’ll update a little bit more next week. If you want to make sure to stay up on everything that’s happening be sure to join our team by clicking here.
