What’s Up Team Fit Force!!
How did you do last week? Did you get in your workouts? How was your nutrition?
After having some “off weeks” I kind of got back into a little routine. I was able to get in 3 workouts this week. I had a wedding to attend on Friday and Saturday so my days for working out this week were cut a bit shorter. I continued to workout with Les Mills Pump and added in another routine called the “55 Workout” to keep a little variety in my workouts. Starting next week there are only 12 weeks (90 Days) until Christmas. I would like to start a new program but I have pretty much ran the Insanity and P90X workouts in the ground this year. I just purchased RevAbs to give it a try. It’s not as intense but something new could be just what I needed. My goal is to do the entire program and complete it the week before Christmas and our Annual Christmas Vacation. It’s going to take some hard work and dedication to get back to working out more than 5 days per week. But I feel up to the challenge.
What are you going to do for the next 12 weeks? Trying a new program? Committing to pushing play 3-5 times per week? Let me know!

Week of 9/23/13 – 9/29/13
MONDAY – Strength Training workout: Les Mills Pump: Pump & Burn
I really enjoy this workout, it’s short and sweet. I do add my own segment for biceps in this because it’s something they don’t work on in this particular workout.
TUESDAY – 55 Workout:
Start by doing one body-weight squat and 10 push ups. Rest for 30 seconds, and then do 2 squats and 9 push ups. Gradually work your way up to 10 squats and down to 1 push up. You’ll complete 55 reps of each exercise by the time you’re done—and reap both the cardiovascular benefit of aerobic training and the muscular pump of a strength session.
WEDNESDAY – Strength Training workout: Les Mills Pump: Pump & Burn

I decided to start RevAbs next week. Pending I like the style of the workouts. It’s hard for me to commit to something I don’t like doing …duh! I have only done one of the RevAbs workouts in the past and it was pretty good. So I’m really looking forward to a new program. So stay tuned to next weeks update to see how I did with the new program.
