The best exercises for fat loss will be anything aerobic that gets your heart rate up, like riding a bike, walking, jogging, swimming and of course INSANITY.

When you begin working out to lose fat, you will actually start building muscle mass. This is a good thing because better muscles will make your body look toned and fit. The tissue in your muscles is actually heavier than fat tissue, and that means building muscle may mean not losing as much weight as you would expect.
When you work out, you are forcing your muscles to work hard and that will build them up for better strength and endurance. Remember that your heart is a muscle, and by strengthening it, you can become healthier.

They will have a direct impact on how you work out, your goals, and how well you meet your expectations. Instead of focusing on losing weight, focus instead on getting into shape. This will help you lose the fat and become healthier, which is vastly more important than getting “skinny”.
